My eyes blinked open as I looked a at checkered patterned wall. My head was pounding as I sat up and blinked a few more times. I was in some dark room... Looking around at the checkered room, I realized something.. How strange.. The table was somehow staying on the side of the wall...Or maybe-
"Ow!" I suddenly flopped and rolled over like gravity suddenly changed. I shook my head and stood up. I looked down at what I was wearing. A blue dress. It was pretty cute actually. I realized there was a small mirror and looked in it. Pale skin, dark brown short hair, a blue dress, knee high socks, and black shoes... And then...
"A necklace? And a dog tag no less?" I frowned and looked at what it said. It was a ace card and said Alice on the back... Wasn't "Alice" a girl's name? I knew something didn't fit... I crossed my arms over my chest. "Yup..." I blushed. What in gods name was I doing in a dress? But... Surprisingly, I really didn't mind it..
Looking back at the table, I realized there was something there. I looked down at it and fumbled with it for a second. "A wig... How pretty!" I ran over to the mirror and put it on.
"Much better~" I winked and twirled in a circle surveying myself. Sure, my dress was a little dirty, and the make up didn't look great, but I defiantly looked like a girl.
Now.. How do I get out of here again? I looked around. No door. I looked up.. Of course, a door on the ceiling.. "Hope this works..." I put a foot on the wall and some how started climbing up it. Eventually, I got to the door and was outside. At least this world was the right way. I readjusted my wig and started to walk around. Some sort of island maybe?
"Hello? Is anyone else here?" I called out but no one answered. I frowned, what was I doing here anyway? Shouldn't I be... My thoughts trailed off. "Shouldn't I be where?" I stared at the grass confused. I realized that I couldn't remember. And when I tried to think of my name, nothing came to mind but "Alice"
I shrugged and continued. A dream. Yes, that's right. A crazy dream where I wear a dress and a wig upon my head. A dream where the doors at on the ceiling and where I don't remember anything.
As I walked through the forest, I started to hear others. I thought about calling out to them, but I might as well make the most of this. If indeed it was a dream, why not have some fun? I smiled and hid behind a tree as the others approached.
They... All looked funny.. I leaned out from behind the tree to get a better look. One had a silly looking hat, while another had brown ears that stuck up like a rabbit's perhaps. I was trying to see the others when suddenly I heard a voice behind me.
"And who might we have here?" I screamed and jumped, tripping over my dress and falling. I stared up to see a guy with... Cat ears? And a tail?! "A strange dream.. A strange dream indeed..." I mumbled before getting up.
The other's had stopped by now and were looking at me. "Who are you?" The one with the hat asked. I took a steep backwards. Were they friendly? "I-I'm Alice." I said remembering the dog tag.
"Alice?" one of them echoed. "Hay, isn't that one we're looking for?" then the one with mouse ears replied with a nod. By now, I was beyond confused, but I didn't have much else to do but go along!
Took a deep breath and smiled before turning back to the kitty, "Now that you know my name, what's yours?"

XD I hope that's fine for Alice's post! By the way, the point where Alice is reviled as a "he" won't be till later, so please don't spoil ^^; You're character can think she reminds them of a guy, but sHE won't do or say anything till later.
