~Dormouse~
I smiled in relief at Mister the King of Hearts's answer. Here I was all in a tizzy about what he would say. He does indeed seem very nice. We stepped off to the side as the rest were quickly finishing of the rest of the bad people. "Now Dormouse," I thought to myself, "you ought to figure out how old you are!" Maybe Mister the King could be of some help. But first, be friends!"
I quickly rummaged through my pockets. What does one give to someone to ask to be friends? Perhaps something important to you? My fingers brushed something in one of my pockets. Could this work?
"Mister the King of Hearts?"
His face reddened when he looked at me. "Yes Dormouse?"
I held up the baby blue tea cup. "Can we be friends, It would be very nice..." I was less shaky as I handed the tea cup to him.
It felt nice to be kind. This must be the warm fuzzy feeling children are told they get when theyre kind. Mister the King made me ponder about things as well. A man doesn't have to marry a woman... But now is not the time to ponder on these things. "Dormouse, you have a new friend and you aren't speaking!"
"Oh dear! I've gone off in my mind again haven't I?" I said softly looking at the King of Hearts. "I apologize..."
"Its fine! You're very well-spoken you know." he smiled at me.
"Hey guys, thanks for just STANDIN' there while the rest of us fought our *sses off!" It was Mister Cheshire cat!
I hid behind the king. Cats and Mice surely do not mix, and Mister Cheshire looked oh so very angry. It'd be best if I would just stay hidden. I gripped onto Mister the King's shirt as I hid behind him. Oh.. I just realized how very knackered I am... A nap would be lovely. And possibly a spot of tea... I thought happilly as my eyes started to droop.
