Thought For Today

I'm reading a book about running by Haruki Murakami, who is a legendary Japanese fiction writer. This book though is more of a memoir.

Here's an interesting thought of his: If you're engaged in a long-term project, it's best to stop every day when you start to really get into the project rather than wait until you're tired/bored. This is because the next day your energy will carry over.
