New Years Resolution List

Here's what I want you all to do:

1) Open some sort of word/text file

2) Write down 10-20 specific resolutions you have for 2009. Don't write "lose weight" because that's vague. Instead, write "lose 10 pounds by drinking more water and eating fewer donuts"

I think it's a huge mistake to only have one vague resolution, your odds of getting it are very low. If you have 10-20 specific resolutions, even if you get a couple of them, that's still cool.

3) Keep adding to the document until December 31st

4) Save it and put it away on your computer

Next year you can then open the file and see how well you did. It's fun to compare what you wanted to happen vs. what did happen
