I've been working on a New OC for OC Universe. I do want to make a girl OC at some point but this guy popped into my head. He doesn't have a name yet. I don't know how old he is either or his personality. All I do know for him is some of his back story.
His family has a curse and he has been able to shape shift since he was 10. That's all I have right now but here is what he looks like. Can everyone help me fill in the rest?

weight- 149 lbs
appearance- Cobalt blue hair that is semi spiky and has bangs that are kind of in his eyes. Eyes are Ebony; Skin tone is Peach. Build is pretty slim kind of like the expression “bean pole” he is strong but he doesn’t really look it.
personality: A bit relaxed and confident. He can be a bit cocky at times and sometimes his sarcasm can get him in trouble. He is usually happy and tries to be helpful.
background: This curse has been running in his family for generations so far that he hasn’t really looked up when it all started. The curse is run down through the first born of the family. When the member who is cursed starts developing their curse is different from each person. For (enter name here), his shape shifting abilities started to appear when we was ten-years-old. He is still learning and developing in the curse and he doesn’t even know what is going to happen the further it goes.
