Quiet
I sat in my office. It was quiet in the base for once. I guess everyone had gone out, or was asleep. I liked it. Finally I could get some rest. I layed back in my chair and soon dosed off. I awoke several hours later and noticed a funny smell in the air. I searched around and found it coming out of the air vents. I opened them up and a small metal tube fell out. I picked it up and looked at it. "Alex's doings no doubt." I walked in to the main room where she normally was. She was gone. Angel was sitting there reading a book. "You need something Madara?" I turned to her, "Yeah, where's Alex?" "Oh she took off somewhere. Why are you looking for her?" I turned and started walking back to my office. "No reason, it can wait tell she gets back."
Religion
I made my way to check on Deena. I opened her door and found her bed empty. I stood there for a few seconds, "............ DEENA!?!" I yelled as loud as I could. I went through searching for her, and she was no where to be found. I sighed, "I guess I'll have to look there......." I hated that place. I knew that had to be where she went, to the Jashin Temple. Now don't get me wrong, Hidan is a cool dude, but his religion scares the hell out of me. I knew about where the temple was at, and it didn't take me long to find. I made my way in slowly watching for traps. I never been to this place, and was pretty sure Hidan would kill me for entering it. I finally found Deena passed out on the ground. I walked over and picked her up and put her on my back. "Your going to get us both killed one day...." I said with a smile. We made it back to the base, where I took her straight to Kakuzu. I set her in one of his beds, and let him go to work. I went back to my room to rest.
A struggle
Saint was in and out of my room at random times checking up on me. I was slowly getting worse as the day went on. My face was so hot it probably looked as red as a tomato. I forced myself out of bed. I struggled to get dressed at any speed. I snuck out if the base, unnoticed and unheard. I have been so busy i hadn't payed my respects to Jashin Sama since the mission Saint and i were sent on, and having a fever was probably punishment.
I was making my way almost crawling in the baking sun to get to the temple of Jashin to pay my respects and pray.
