A delicate figure walked up to the outside of the Akatsuki hideout, she was drenched with blood and rain. It was menacingly silent besides the few patters of rain and an occasional rumble of thunder. Suddenly a bolt of lightning struck down from the sky to catch a nearby tree on fire but the rain quickly dampened the blaze and it ceased to burn through the night. The lightning and revealed the girls face, it was Puppet. A small glimmer of a memory rushing through her mind, she remembered a land in the sky, where she was happy, helped others, and was the image of innocence. But when she looked in the mirror in the memory, it did not appear to be her face, it was rounder, calmer, more pleasant than Puppet could ever hope to be.
Trying to shake the memory from her mind, she entered the hideout, assuming everyone was asleep. She made some tea, and left it out for anyone to have if they passed. Shaken and tired, Puppet entered her room and found a note on her bed,
"Yo Puppet, I'm heading out on a mission with Deena, take care of Jashin, I already set him loose in your room. HA."
Hidan, Jashin Bless~
And true to his word, a small black cat jumped into her lap. A small chuckle left her lips as she gently stroked the little wonder. Jashin purred happily to her touch and Puppet lay back on her bed, letting the cat climb onto her chest, "I can't remember anything Jashin... but little snippets are returning to me... am I allowed to sue the devil?" She asked.
The cat climbed up and gently licked Puppet on her jawline. Puppet giggled, her only ticklish spot. She returned to petting to cat singing a song she felt as though she should remember the meaning, but, same as the rest of her past, it managed to escape her.
"Hello Alexandra Rose." A small squeeky voice chirped at the end of her bed. She sat straight up, forcing Jashin to fall into her lap. Jashin bared his fangs at a snow white... mouse type thing... with the ears of a cat... and the wings of a bird... "Michii...?"
