"Okay, Kodi and Pantera are a team." I leaned on my spear and glanced over at Kodi. Well it was better than Jay; the guy was too impulsive for my tastes anyway. I'd probably end up beating him up more than the enemy. "Alright, is eveyone ready?" Hita asked. I nodded and held the spear over my shoulder. "'Bout time; I'm ready to start." I started to walk ahead; Kodi began to follow behind me. I didn't know a damn thing about who we were fighting but I guess we'll have to wait and see. We walked through the abandoned streets; building lay toppled as we passed. But, I could easily feel it was not abandoned yet; an uneasy presence made itself know as we came to the main road.

I stopped and held my hand up causing Kodi to stop behind me. "It seems we're not alone." Several nin stepped out from their hiding places. Hita caught up behind us. "Tch, never thought I'd see these bastards again." I bite my lip in frustration as I saw the mass of kumo headbands. "Hita, you could have told me about this." I snapped angrily back at her. "Well, I didn't remember who attacked." She sighed. I turned back ahead and glared at them. "Oi, what the fuck is your deal here?" I yelled at them. A big guy stood forward slowly unsheathing a blade. "hmph, I could ask the same question. Why would Akatsuki go so far out of there way to come here?" He watched cautiousily. Hita blinked. "What? We're only twenty or so miles from our base; is that really out of our way?" "Hita you idiot, are you trying to give away our hideout?!" I snapped back at her. She only smirked. "Not like these dumbasses would be able to spot it." Kodi rolled his eyes at our mild bickering. The kumo looked pissed by then. "What did you say you rat!" He screamed and ran at Hita. He threw his blade toward her before a spatter of blood flew onto the ground. The fucker fell to the ground his knife snapped in two; Hita looked at the blood collected on her hand. "Fucking idiot." She mocked at him. "I should sacrafice him to Jashin-Sama." Kodi backed away slightly as a dangerous look danced in Hita's eyes. "Do what you want Hita; I'm going for the rest of these bastards." I left them and ran toward them; Kodi followed close behind as he gripped his katana. I shoved my spearhead into one of there chests. "Yari no Rai: Chidorikatana" I shouted the chant and it became enshruded in an electrical current. The man screamed as it entered his chest. I stepped on his gut and ripped it from his ribs. Even if he survived he wouldn't be able to move. Kodi slashed though some sending their blood splattering across the rooftop. I ran across the shingles to some others. They stammered as I came at them. "Impossible, you're a Raiton user." They're faced were wide open in shock. "Seems you're not as fucking stupid as ya look."

I reached up and placed a hand on my Akatsuki kasa. I smirked. "Though I'm disappointed you seem to have forgotten me in my absence." I threw off the hat letting it fall to the ground below. The blond-haired man's face turned white. "It's not possible; you were said to have died years ago, Ashido Harukichi. The legenged lightning dancer who was said to have rivaled the Raikage himself." The name disgusted me. "Pantera! Kodi!" Hita yelled as she jumped up onto the roof; apparently finished with her sacrifice since she was covered in blood. I smiled over at her. "It seems you had fun." Hita nodded; while Kodi looked between the two of us in a confused state of shock. I looked back at my former comrade; the idea made me that much more sick. "Don't ever call me by the name again or I'll send you to your maker, Jashin-Sama." Kodi didn't seem to want to stick around with this anymore and went after Amber and Jay to see what was holding them up. "Hmph, better for him to not get involved anyway." I concluded and charged toward them. They formed the hand seals; performing their own jutsu. It would do them no good against me.

"Raiton: Shuurei!!" I let Yari no Rai form into a bolt and threw it at them. The sound of clashing metal echoed through the air as sparks shot skyward. "Impossible." I gasped as Yarin no Rai flew through the air before landing into the ground below. Its golden tassle shook violently in the wind. "Tch, so Raikage warned you of my techniques." Their katanas held a blade of wind energy; my one weakness. The main one smirked cockily. "Of course; you know how untrustworthy he became of you after you left." I sighed I expected nothing less from him; he always wanted to prove his superiority. "Hita, stay out of this; these bastards are mine." I called back at her. She smiled since she had a fairly good idea of what was coming though she had never seen it. "Okay, I'll just enjoy the show." I unzipped my cloak and throwing it away just like my kasa. "Raikage may have informed you on my one disability when it comes to my jutsu but it seems he forgot to mention a few details." I crouched down onto my hands and let the energy build up inside me. It released all at once; shaking my short black hair violently as I became enshrouded in the blue chakra. My hands and feet transformed into black paws as the blue fiery chakra laid itself over my wrists and shins. I grinned my fangs making themselves apparent as my two tailed twitched bloodthirstily. "Bakeneko?!" They spoke in disbelief. I laughed at their idiocy. "Oh, did the Raikage forget to mention his experimentations. Why else do you think he regarded me so highly over the likes of you. It's becuase I was one of his demon pets like Yugito and Killer bee." They seemed to now realize the kind of situation they had gotten themselves into. "So, you possess some of the Niibi Bijuu's chakra; it explains so much." He spoke; his blade shaking nervously in his hands. I held out a clawed hand at them. "It's time fuckers like you see just how deep in shit you really are."
