"Hope they didn't miss me too terribly." I chuckled lightly as I walked into the base. I had finished early which'll fucking surprise Kakuzu since he complains that I'm so damn slow. I dropped my heavy bags along the wall and stretched my sore shoulders "Oi fuckers, I'm back." I called. A tense silence hung in the air, "Shit did somebody die or something?" I scratched my head; I knew this place was boring as fuck but this was just depressing. I looked around the main room it looked like a fucking funeral service. "Hi, Hidan." I looked down to see Zetsu in the floor, "HOLY FUCK!" I screamed; my heart almost bursting in my ribcage. "Dumbass, do you have to be so loud!!" His black half growled, "Ignore him." The white half sighed. "Seriously, what the fuck is going on here; last time I've seen the place this fucking depressed was when Sasori died and Pein went into his emo state." Zetsu black half chuckled but the white half seemed sad. "Alex left Akatsuki." I blinked. "Holy shit, are you serious?" He nodded. "Yeah she couldn't stand being around Nana so she left." The black half concluded. "Damn, can't believe she fucking left.” I shrugged and walked upstairs; the nasty air was making me sick anyway.
I walked past Kakuzu’s room; even though it was tempting to bust through the door and acknowledge him of my return. I wasn’t in the mood to put up with the fucker bothering me about unimportant shit. I fumbled in my pocket for my extra key; the San was looking worn maybe I’d get around to repainting it one of this days. I yawned and turned the knob; I hoped Amber hadn’t done anything to it. “What the fuck?!” I stammered. It was in better condition than I had left it; all the useless shit had been cleared off the floor and it even stunk of new paint. The walls now a crimson shade there was even a black circle. I turned around the doorframe; even my mess of paperwork had been organized. “I should have fucking known.” I laughed as I saw Deena passed out on my bed. I stood there for a moment before an idea came to my head. I smiled slyly and bent down next to her. “Deena…whatever you do don’t move there’s a spider on ya.” I whispered into her ear.
