Day 4

Dear Journal,

Mom says dad's funeral is tomorrow... I have to stay home with a babysitter. I don't understand why I can't go... It's not fair. He's means just as much to me as he does with mom! Maybe even less... I just don't understand.

But... Mom says he'll go to heaven because he was a good person. Will dad really go there? Is there a place like that? Mom says there is though and mom doesn't lie to me. So I believe her. Dad will be fine.

I'll miss him though...
