This poem is based around the life my original character led as a serial killer that just wouldn't die. His life was his end. His misery was that of revenge of the victims killed.
My victim this time is clear
My first victim has been chosen
The time is almost near
Bodies will fall frozen
But don't blame me
This was just meant to be
My first was live and well
As was I, lean and tall
With a "bang" the little boy soon fell
My smirk was like a call
But his dog ended all
My victim this time is easy
My second victim has been chosen
The job may seem queasy
But the bodies will fall frozen
Don't blame me
This was just meant to be
I was dead, unseen creeping there
The terrified girl screaming
Flailing in the binding chair
Quieted once she lost feeling
Her body fell numb, her life ending
My victim will die by "accident"
My third victim has been chosen
Her wounds may look evident
Her body will fall frozen
But don't blame me
This was just meant to be
I floated around the coaster's track
She was strapped in tight
Then my smirk came back
And they flew out of sight
But then they all fell tonight
My victims are going to die
My fourth and fifth victims chosen
Some still ask me why
But their bodies must fall frozen
Don't blame me
This was just meant to be
I looked through the window
Both girl and boy chained to the wall
Trapped within the chateau
I offered to free them, I recall
However, instead, it was my maul
My victim is lonely
My sixth victim has been chosen
She won't be the only
Her body will fall frozen
Don't blame me
This was just meant to be
I was in her home
She wrote in a book
I tended to roam
Then I took a look
She seemed like my own playbook
I am now the victim
I have been chosen
Trapped within this item
My soul now is frozen
I blame her
My misery is my end
