Welcome to Alagaesia: The New Age!

This is a world based off of the series the Inheritance Cycle.
This is a summary of Eragon.
The chapter summaries I think you should read are: Discovery, Awakening, Tea for Two, A Rider's Blade, Revelation at Yazuac, Through a Dragon's eye, Vision of Perfection, and The Glory of Tronjheim.

Brom once said that we don't know how many dragons survived Galbatorix's slaughter of dragons. We also don't know how many dragon eggs are left. There were the three Galbatrix had but what if there were other eggs that were hidden and escaped the slaughter?

You can be with the Empire or the Varden.

In this world you make a character, and they find a dragon egg. Join in the adventure by filling out this form and pming me:

1. Stick with the story
2. No Mary-sue or Gary-sues (No perfect people!)
3. No swearing
4. Please keep posting, If you stop posting for more than a month without telling us before hand that you won't be able to post you will receive a notice,and if you continue you'll lose you guest poster status
5. You can only have 1 rider/dragon. You can have 2 other characters but they can't be a rider, and one Werecat
6. Have fun!

Can we pooooooost?

I know many of use (including me) are in school and stuff..but pleaaaaaaaaaase?

I also thought of a short story line we could do, to make this a little more interesting >) Please comment below if you think I should post about it (I.e. Start the story line to get this place going again)

And I know we didn't do a Secret Santa.....is anyone disappointed about that? Cause I have ideaaaaaaas for something...secret >0

I looked at the assembled riders. Most looked tired from the previous day's exorcises.
"Today I'm going to tell you a quick story, about how magic can help you, that will tie into the next few lessons, then well go back to magic. Dragons, you are staying today." I gazed at them all, then I put a hand on Amestar.

"One reason you need to learn how to use magic, is for the sake of your dragon. I know the dragons can take care of themselves, but, not in all cases. Did you know, that other spellcasters can get into your head, and control your actions. How nice would it be if they made you attack your own dragon?" Some of the riders gasped. Hey, they need to know the truth. "If you can learn how to use magic, you can protect yourself from these kinds of attacks. Magic also allows for healing your dragon
"Dragons, you can also help your rider by lending them your energy to cast spells, shield their minds, and help find enemies. It's important for you to learn aerial combat."

I looked at all the riders. I let there be a pause, to let the riders communicate between themselves, to increase the bond.

"We will continue to work on magic later. But today and maybe a few days more, we are going to learn dragon care, but, don't forget to try to break the barrier in your mind, to release the magic, but don't do any magic, unless it's in front of me."

I showed the riders various saddles and what each where used for, special tools to take dirt off of scales, and different types of saddle bags. I showed them how to attach the saddle onto the dragon, and the saddle bags.

"After class, any of you may come and try to do magic. Class is over."

I gave Namid a break for today, she's probably going to fool around with her dragon. The king said I had to talk to the werecats today. What a bore.

I found them at the bottom of a staircase, talking silently with their minds.

Good afternoon. I said, talking with my mind,

They blinked at me. Is there anything you can tell me to help the emperor?

That is actually what we were talking about, before you rudely butted in. Rue said.

Saphire said War is coming. You will have to make allies with enemies.

I snorted. What rubish this was, is to be expected by werecats.

You will have to leave here soon Rue said.

Saphire nodded.

I might not be able to post as much, but I want you guys to. I know that people have school, that's what i have, so I just want to shoot for once per month.

Ok, the plot is slowly moving into the wild dragon fight thing.

Summary: Not closing the rp down. I shall continue training posts :) Like I'll do some more magic, then move on to dragons and stuff. For Empire, I'll get Rex to talk to the werecats and have them do stuff and what not. How to get new members. Any ideas?
