This is a world based off of the series the Inheritance Cycle.
This is a summary of Eragon.

Brom once said that we don't know how many dragons survived Galbatorix's slaughter of dragons. We also don't know how many dragon eggs are left. There were the three Galbatrix had but what if there were other eggs that were hidden and escaped the slaughter?
You can be with the Empire or the Varden.

5. You can only have 1 rider/dragon. You can have 2 other characters but they can't be a rider, and one Werecat

Just to let you know, the Varden are in the Beor Mountains, not Surda.
I started walking outside. I was looking for the ore here. I sighed as I walked around the streets, looking for any sign that it may be underneath this small town. I headed into a forest and noticed the guy from yesterday running into the forest. I ran quicker into the forest to see what he was after. I saw the small girl from before,she was beaten and bloody,holding the dragon egg to her chest. I had to help her! I ran over to her.
"Hurry.The man you live with is coming after you, he is close by. I closed my eyes. I sensed the man is close by but there was another presence close by....the Ra'zac! I grabbed the girl and rushed through the forest. We came to a small cave and I led her inside. I heard cracking coming from behind me. I looked and the was a small crack on the eggs shell. It was hatching!

I awoke the next morning from my master kicking me in the stomach. I doubled over as I fell from the bed and landed on the floor. "What is this doing in here?" he barked, picking up the red rock. He kicked me again, harder. "I told you no!" Again, he kicked me, but this time in the face.
I groaned as I rolled away and crawled to a corner of the room. "I'm sorry!" I cried, though I knew nothing I said would persuade him to do otherwise.
I stood up and was prepared to defend myself if he went too crazy. But he went to the window and threw it out. "No!" I ran and somehow, I jumped gracefully through the window, caught the rock, flipped myself around in the air and landed on my feet.
I stood up, holding the rock in my right hand. How had I done that? I had never tried that before, and I wasn't able to do flips and jump like that. I wasn't that graceful.I turned and looked at my master who was sneering down at me. He left the window, probably to come outside and get me. I took the opportunity to climb back up to my room. I needed to get my stuff. I locked the door and shoved a chair in front of it.
I grabbed my small pack and grabbed a change of clothes, dressing myself as I did so. I grabbed my pocket knife and shoved the rock into my pack as well. I grabbed all the money I had stolen and saved up and looked out the window. My master was looking for me; he had yet to realize I was in my room.
I stuck my tongue out as I called out so he would come back inside to get me. That roused him and he stormed back inside. I waited until he was pounding on my door to get in before I jumped back out the window.
I took off, running down the street. I didn't know where I was going; all I knew was that I had to get out. I touched my face where I had been kicked, dried blood from my slit lip and I could feel the side of my face swelling. Nothing to serious, just not easy on the eyes.
I wandered around, contstantly looking over my shoulder. Master could not find me or I was as good as dead. I made my way into a neighbors pasture and headed into a forest and decided I would wait the day out and figure out what to do tonight. I took out the rock and held it in my arms. It was like my security blanket.
I sighed. I had a long wait ahead of me, but there was nothing else I could think of doing.
I walked towards the hotel I was staying in until I could find the sword materials. "Excuse me," someone called out. I turned around and looked down. It was the girl I had seen in the room.
"Do you know what this is?" she asked,trying to catch her breath and holding the egg up. I glanced at the egg in thought.
"You should find out soon what it is," If my calculations were right and if all goes well it should hatch tomorrow night at this time."When you do, got to room number 32 in the hotel and I shall answer some of your questions." I turned and started walking again towards the hotel.

I thought I heard a noise, but when I turned, there was no one there. Something red by the door and I got up to investigate; it was the red rock! I picked it up. How did it back here? I ran to the window and looked out. I saw someone in a hood walking away from the house, otherwise there wasn't a soul in sight.
I felt compelled to follow the stranger. Maybe they had some answers. I shook my head. Why would I want to go talk to a complete stranger? I didn't give myself time to sort through the nonsense. I grabbed my cloak and opened my window and climbed out.
There was no way my master would ever let me willingly leave the house, so I was going to have to sneak. I was careful not to make any noise as I jumped down and landed gracefully on my feet. I ran after the stranger as fast as I could; I didn't want to lose them.
Whomever it was took long, graceful strides, making it hard for me to catch up. Finally, though, I did. "Excuse me," I called out, reaching for the stranger's arm, but they twirled around before I could touch them.
It was a pale woman with blue eyes that stared down at me. "Excuse me," I repeated again. I struggled to catch my breath. "Do you know what this is?" I asked holding up the rock.
She glanced down at the rock and then looked up at me. I waited expectantly. My insticts told me that this wasn't some ordinary rock and that there was more instore for me than what I could probably handle, but nevertheless, I looked forward to finding out.

I was looking around a small town.I was wearing a hood that covered my ears.I had heard from a friend that she found rich materail that could be a good use for making swords. I was passing a farm when I saw something being thrown out a window. At first I thought it was a rock but as I concentrated I noticed something different about it.....A Dragon egg! How is this possible? "Reisa" I muttered. The egg stopped right before hitting the ground and it levitated in midair. I picked it up. It had vibes that felt like it was about to hatch for somebody. I must return it. If there is a dragon egg left we need some one to be able to make it hatch. I walked over to the farm door. I knocked on the door. Some man awnserred but the egg didn't respond to him.
"What do you want?" he asked, he seemed irratated.
"I am a geographer. It is possible that a very rich substance is underneath your house that is worth millions but to be sure of it I have to check your house for the sighns that mean it is below your house. Please let me check." I told him.
"Fine, you have five minutes." he sighed. I nodded and headed around the house. As I walked up the steps the egg seemed to react more so I conitnued heading up. Soon I came to a room. I opened the door. I was suprized, I wasn't paying much attention but as I wlaked in the human was awake. I quickly put the dragon egg down so she wouldn't notice and I almost ran out her door.
"I'm sorry, the substance isn't underneath your home." I told him.
"Whatever just get out of here" he barked.
