Yesterday after my MATLAB class I was joking around with a friend of mine about how he shows up late for all his classes and he was regaling me with tales of teachers who tended to go bonkers over classroom attendance, and as we were exiting the front of the building I absently looked down between the stair split into the flowerbed and promptly said "what the heck is that?"

On an only slightly related note, my friend thereupon exclaimed "Great Neptune's Beard!" which I found rather entertaining.
Anyway. Passed by today and the critter had a buddy, so I dropped my stuff off at my room and headed back to snag a few photos.
