However, I have decided at present to watch Martian Successor Nadesico because when I previewed the first episode there was such an overabundance of ridiculousness that I couldn't quit watching it. Also I think I may have found my first favorite anime character. At the very least she's getting added to The List.

Sister: If I had only twenty-four hours left to live, I would kidnap Kanye West, lock him in a room, tape his eyes open, and show him a video montage of all the things that make him completely suck. I would need all twenty-four hours, since he is a complete waste of life.

Me: Renan, that's sort of like saying the kindest thing Hitler did to a Jew during the War was to shoot one in the head and give him a quick death. In that context it's true, but realistically it's still pretty horrible. Realistically, it's still Kanye West.
