This song is describing the relationship that Bella and Edward have in the book New Moon.
This song reminds me so much of the book New Moon by Stephenie Meyer. In the beginning of this book Edward and Bella were just like they were in Twilight, they were close and everything seemed to be going good. I thought they would be together forever and nothing bad would happen. Then Edward decided that he was too dangerous for Bella and he moved away. He took everything that he had ever given Bella. He made it as though he never existed. In this song the two people are far away, just like Edward and Bella. But Bella knows that she loves Edward and wants him to come back so everything will be normal. In the song the person comes back (just like Edward does in the book) and they figure out that they both love each other. And he says (both in the book and in the song) that he won't leave anymore. Which is a good thing for Bella and all of the Edward fans out there! =D Even though in this song it doesn't mention anything about getting close to somebody else while the other person was gone but that is what happened. Bella and Jacob become really.... I mean REALLY close. Then Edward came back and everything went back to how it was supposed to be. Edward and Bella.
