It was really good! The characters were fleshed out, I really liked how they integrated all the games together, and, of course, I got a big kick out of all the nostalgia shout-outs.
And the story STILL managed to surprise me! I love it when that happens.
I pride myself in knowing a lot about animated movies, and the stories that go with them. So when one gets me with a sudden left turn I wasn't expecting, I know it was a good film.
I really liked Vanellope and Felix, but the whole cast of characters really made the movie.
And can I just add... (REALLY BIG SPOILER for those who haven't seen the film:) KING CANDY WAS TERRIFYING. I MEAN SERIOUSLY.

The people behind me were laughing at this scene, meanwhile I was sitting there in horror, thinking "Do you not see how legitimately scary this guy is?!"

And (as always) the short film, Paperman, was adorable.
