There are a couple simularities between the two. Like spirit force and chakra are alike. Also the main characters have nearly identical hair styles. And the manga even came out at around the same time! There are constant battles about which is better. Team Anime (so far just me) decided to get to the bottom of it. We've askes a couple of witnesses (names unmentioned) one claiming bleach better the other claiming naruto better. The final score is yet to be decided so read next weeks article of "Anime Times!"
