THis isn't much of a cliche, but I wanted to start off with a pink hair look alike:
Euphemia Li Britannia from Code Geass
and
Lacus Clyne From Gundam Seed
Now for a cliche! :D
Girls Crossdressing
First we have Fujioka Haruhi from Ouran High School Host club
Second we have Ashiya Mizuki from Hanazakiri no Kimitache e
And third........GAH DARN IT!!! I fergot wat I was gunna type TT^TT
And it's midnight already so I'm gunna hav to leave >__>
Maybe sumone can remind me tomorrow wen I'm on?
GAH gotta go now peeps! Have a nice summeeeeeeeerrrrrr!!!!!!
Yes just now i relized how they always make everyone colorfight haha like in DBZ thats practically all they do haha. thats how they fight lol.
they do that too in bleach all the time haha.
also in death note like even in the intro you see it. light is res and L is blue.
this aura of color is a cliche in our anime....ohh yeah XD
Mucho thanks to mi amiga, Pocky-chan, for allowing me to be a guest poster.
I wanted to post and have an alternating language for the 'title' thing, but it's kind of gotten screwed up. I don't really know the number 5 in too many languages anywho. XD
Cliche (invisible little mark about the e!) !:
That transformation sequences seem to take minutes at a time, and the hero/heroine can transform multiple times in an episode, only to take minutes each time.
So why doesn't the villain just attack while they're stuck transforming? That'd be the best attack. >.>
They'd never see it coming. >:D
But seriously, transformation sequences take FOREVER. For example in the animes Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Tokyo Mew Mew, Sailor Moon (best known), and Powerpuff Girls Z (I've only seen examples, not the show), the transformation sequences can take from seconds to what seems like minutes.
A smart villain would just attack while the hero/heroine is changing. Maybe the hero has some magical force surrounding them when they change? Is that what could be protecting them?
Anyone have an views, other animes where this takes place (I've missed a TON, I know), or ideas on what could be causing this to happen?

Ah....how nice it is to be back ^__^
*inhales deeply*
This world still smells the same :]
ANYWAYS
New cliche! (Partly inspired my one of Clozimido's first comments here)
"The Smart Dude"
There always seems to be a smart dude in the group of main characters to explain things to the clueless character (and also to the audience XD)
And something I find werid is that when the "smart dude" is in the middle of a battle and intelligently finds out the 'secret' to an enemy's so-called 'undefeatable power' and starts to explain it, why doesn't the bad dude just punch the smart dudne in the middle of his explanation?
And why the heck does the smart dude have to explain the technique to the bad dude, who already knows how it works?
Thanks for the posts peeps :D
You guys are totallysuperawesumkoolioness ^__^
And I'm still welcoming new guest posters with open arms and lollipops
WHICH REMINDS ME here's your lollipops current guest posters ^__^
I woul dlike to thank sexysesshomaru for giving me this cliche!!
haha isnt it funny how much people loose an arm in anime
Like in claymore Clair looses her arm. And then Ilena also didnt have an arm because of Perscilla.
Then again in Inuyasha when Sesshomaru lost his arm
or like when Yammy from bleach lost his arm, but then he got it back.
Also Deidara from naruto. he lost both!! [thanks kawii socks!!]
Then Ed from FMA, though he gets a mechanical one
And i dont care if its not anime but Aniken from Star wars! haha I love him. lol
theres prolly alot more i'll add it if i find more or if you tell me! haha.
