Like in claymore Clair looses her arm. And then Ilena also didnt have an arm because of Perscilla.
Then again in Inuyasha when Sesshomaru lost his arm
or like when Yammy from bleach lost his arm, but then he got it back.
Also Deidara from naruto. he lost both!! [thanks kawii socks!!]
Then Ed from FMA, though he gets a mechanical one
And i dont care if its not anime but Aniken from Star wars! haha I love him. lol
