Mucho thanks to mi amiga, Pocky-chan, for allowing me to be a guest poster.
I wanted to post and have an alternating language for the 'title' thing, but it's kind of gotten screwed up. I don't really know the number 5 in too many languages anywho. XD
Cliche (invisible little mark about the e!) !:
That transformation sequences seem to take minutes at a time, and the hero/heroine can transform multiple times in an episode, only to take minutes each time.
So why doesn't the villain just attack while they're stuck transforming? That'd be the best attack. >.>
They'd never see it coming. >:D
But seriously, transformation sequences take FOREVER. For example in the animes Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Tokyo Mew Mew, Sailor Moon (best known), and Powerpuff Girls Z (I've only seen examples, not the show), the transformation sequences can take from seconds to what seems like minutes.
A smart villain would just attack while the hero/heroine is changing. Maybe the hero has some magical force surrounding them when they change? Is that what could be protecting them?
Anyone have an views, other animes where this takes place (I've missed a TON, I know), or ideas on what could be causing this to happen?
