No Brand 2012 = Closer and Closer
4 days now until No Brand Con. We are all very excited to go. I just improved my Izaya cosplay by adding my cat ears to the wig and then using my sisters cat gloves. Then I have a tail we are going to attatch to my pants and its a real fox tail and it's pretty BA. I want to go to walmart or the pet store to buy a collar and leash to add to it. So awe~some! :D
NO BRAND CON
Next weekend I get to go to No Brand Con with my sister and friend Savannah. :P. Im pretty excited. Im going to cosplay as Izaya from DRRR. :). My sister is going to be Mello from Death Note, and my friend Savannah will be cosplaying as either Misa from Death Note or the genderbend of Death The Kid from Soul Eater. We have the DTK jacket and then we are going to have her wear a black skirt possibly with black and white striped tube socks. Then we are gonna paint 3 stripes in her hair. Im sooo excited I want it to be here NOW! haha
Daisho Canceled?
Just a few weeks ago my laptop that was being fixed official broke. I had the choice between Daishocon or a new laptop. I thought it was in my best interest to get a new laptop, because I was getting my room back and I couldn't bring my mom's desktop in there with me. Then this week I find out Daishocon might be being canceled. My friends were offering to take me but it looks like there's a zero chance unless it's rescheduled which hasn't been decided yet, but I heard it might be rescheduled in January.
Daisho Cosplayyy
Herro everyone! I am in dire (i think i spelled that right) need of a cosplay for Daishocon. I have 23 dollars saved up, which won't get me very far..at ALL. I would like an idea of how much I need to save up for my costume but I DON'T KNOW who I should be! So far in my list of ideas: Ritsuka (Loveless), Izaya (Durarara!!), Chibitalia (Hetalia), Grell (Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji), and Sasuke (Naruto). Out of all of those I really want to be Grell. But that costume is pretty expensive. My birthday is coming up in 8 days (the 20th) and hopefully I will get birthday money to buy a costume. I know that my grandma is giving me 25 dollars which will put me around 50 dollars. She also told me that I could do "chores" for her while she can't do much because she is having a surgery on her stomach. That might put me around 60 dollars but this is not including the money I might get from other people. I am getting around 70 dollars from my mom BUT that's for Daishocon itself. It's to pay to get in and then to spend it on the vendors and stuff. And what's so AMAZING about Daisho is if you pre-register it's 15 dollars for the WHOLE weekend! ^-^. I'm pretty damn excited.
ANYWAYS, my point is...can you guys help me on who I should be? And if you know any awesome places online that sell cheap (but somewhat good quality made) costumes? I'd appreciate it very much if you guys could help me out!

Geek.kon is coming up and will be held in Madison, WI but I am unable to go, so in NOVEMBER Im going to Daishocon! I already had made a post about it in my other world "Days Of My Life" (Stupid name, I know hahaha). BUT I need help with finding a cheap cosplay costume.! I am pretty broke. I want to make one but my sewing skills aren't that fancy. I'm just going crazy over this! XD. HELP ME! haha
