Nichijou...japanese word for "Everyday Life". In this anime you can expect a bunch of friends living through their daily lives and the many events that can happen in a day. You would expect a normal, happy, nostalgic anime filled with normal people doing normal things on normal days. Well my friend, this anime is nothing like that. In fact, this anime is full of random shit that sometimes you don't even know what is gonna happen next.

In this anime you will find some of the most random chain of events happening in one episode that it will keep you on your toes. This setting is probably the most strange one I have ever seen in a Slice of Life genre. But yet that is why this show is so...captivating.

This anime has no storyline. Like literally has no storyline, it has no beginning, no ends. Episodes have no plot, sometimes it is just random shit compiled into a 20-minute(ish) video. Even the characters are ones you would never see in real life. Here are some examples: There is a 6 year-old scientist who can build robots, a robot girl who just wants to be normal, a girl that can make guns appear out of thin air, and a principal who apparently like to wrestle goats. The characters you find in this show will never make you bored. Each of them is very very unique.

One thing I also want to mention were the opening and ending animations. From this show, I was not dissapointed at all. The OP's were fun, lively, and most of all just plain interesting. It somehow reminded me of Lucky Star. The ED's were also good too.

If you want a show of normal people doing normal stuff on normal ocassions then close this page right now and scram. If you want an anime where it just full of mindless events that are just plain random and characters you are most likely not gonna find anywhere else. Then I suggest watching this show.
