heehee track

Well along with school starting back up track started this week. I've had 2 practices and some is VERY evident. I am totally out of shape. Ok maybe 2 things are evident. The second being that it is still considerably cold outside and running in that weather, along with the wind, makes running difficult. As has been reinforced the last 3 years i have done track, there is no way i could live through long distance. I am a total sprinter/field eventer.

Anyone here do track? If so any tips on well for starters, breathing?haha
