Isn't it odd how "word" and "world" only differ by one letter? I think it's because you can make worlds with words. As in, literally.

Anime Boston ramble.

Wow. Con was awesome. I came home with a lot of stuff, mostly manga. I also gots a few doujin, some arts, and a nice tee shirt with Urahara-san on it. (Iz wearing it right now.) It's nice. I can't read the Japanese in the doujinshi, but from the one I've been looking over, it seems that with some good dictionaries and some really hard work, I could translate some of it. Which would be nice, because I want to know what they're saying! Aarg...
The pirates saved the day at cosplay chess. Poor Bisk (the giant lobster being chased by A-chan and B-kun (Anime Boston's mascots)) was cought. I got a cute little stuffed turtle from A-chan. It's purple, which matched my outfit for that day.
It was epicly windy while we were there. It was a few blocks from our place of residence to the Hynes. I'm hungry, we didn't eat much while we were there. And it's quarter of two and I haven't had lunch yet... ^^;

Going down tomorrow!

Tomorrow. Tomorrow! TOMORROW!!! I go down to Boston tomorrow and the next day will be the start of the Con. I can't wait!!! This will be my second time at a convention. I can't wait! But I guess I'll have to... Heh heh.

Brawl = awesome.

Tiz the truth! The Final Destention stage is especailly pretty... I've played some, and my favorite is Zelda. She's a kick butt princess, yo. And she transforms into Sheik(sp?), which is nice as well.
My brother is able to come to Anime Boston this year. He's going with a friend from school. It'll be nice, since I won't have to buy him something and he'll be able to experience the awesomeness of a convention.
My mom's birthday was yesterday, and me and Dad got her a MP3 player. She was so happy! I set it up for her with all her music. It's not an iPod, but it's serviceable.

Well, ja ne minna-san.

Six days and counting until Anime Boston!

Con is coming... Con is coming! Eeeee! I can't wait! But I guess I'll have to.
We go down on Thursday, hopefully getting into Boston around noon. We'll then drop our stuff in the hostel and go pick up our badges. I wonder what the theme will be this year? Last year it was cherry blossom viewing, or some such thing.
Fact: it will be awesome.
Fact: I will enjoy it.

So there!

Ah....

Tis the Thursday before spring break. Mom's picking me up in 15 minutes. (I'm at the college library.) So yeah. Just tomorrow, then SPPRRRIIING BRREEEAAAKKK!!! Horray! I'm working, but just in the mornings and on only three days. Because... Thrusday to Sunday... I'll be in Boston having tons of fun. Anime Boston, yo! The weekend of Easter (not that my family's religious) but yeah.

If any of you are gonna be there, let me know!
