I guess this is my first ever crossover fan fiction. And it's for Ozine's BattleDome section. 8D I sent it to them already. *is hoping it'll get published* >u<
It suppose to be longer but I'm worried it might not fit in the magazine. LOL xD

Dr. Franken Stein kept on walking in the woods, turning his head in different directions, looking for an interesting specimen worthy of his time. He managed to find one, but before he could lay his hands on it, a voice spoke behind him.
“Who gave you the permission to take that specimen?” Stein turned his head around, & saw a man with a skeletal visage, wearing a white haori over a black kimono with a katana slinged on his side.
“Hm? And who might you be?”
“I am not obliged to give you my name. Now get away from my specimen.”
“Your specimen, huh? Why don’t you fight for it?” Stein answered with a sadistic smile.
“How cocky of you. Well then. You’ll make a fine subject too.” Mayuri gave him a sadistic chuckle.
Stein smirked. “Allow me to introduce myself. I am Dr. Franken Stein.” He then went into a martial art battle pose, prepared for any attack. Mayuri then unsheathed his zanpakuto. “Heh. Thank you for the information. At least I can label you when you’re placed in a jar.” He cackled. “Rip, Ashisogi Jizo.”
“What an interesting weapon…” Stein commented, as he pushed himself with his feet towards Mayuri, attempting a kick to his head, but Mayuri blocked it with his blade.
'What? How could mere physical strength push me down!? How excruciating.' He thought, then used his shunpo to bring himself behind Stein, much to the teacher’s surprise. Mayuri now attempts a diagonal slash, but Stein avoids it.
“Ehhh… You’re fast. What do you call that technique?” Stein said in monotone, as he tried to give his enemy a painful thrust. “We shinigamis call it ‘shunpo’.” Mayuri replied, as he uses shunpo again & appeared on a far branch.
“You’re a shinigami? How intriguing. I’ve never seen a shinigami like you.” He then places his hands on the ground & used Soul Thread Stitches on him.
“WHAT!?” Mayuri’s feet were stitched to the branch. It gave Stein the chance to attack Mayuri & gave him multiple blows. Mayuri gagged out blood.
“This is preposterous! I, Kurotsuchi Mayuri, Captain of 12th Division, will not allow this! BANKAI!” His zanpakuto changed its form & grew into an overgrown caterpillar with a golden halo on its baby-like head. It mouth breathe out purple poison. Stein stared at the monster before him, wide-eyed. He grinned sadistically. “It truly is a very interesting weapon.”
“Konjiki Ashisogi Jizo! Now, DIE!!!” His bankai attacked Stein with its poisonous blades, but Stein used Soul Thread Sutures again that managed to stitch it down. He then used Soul Menace to finish it off in one blow, leaving Mayuri in utter shock.
“Well, guess I win.” Stein said, then approached the specimen. When Mayuri attempted to attack Stein, a voice shouted over his ear through a communication device.
“Capt. Kurotsuchi, there’s an emergency! Please return to Soul Society now. Capt. Commander Yamamoto demands it.”
“Tch. How annoying.” He turns it off then faces Stein. “You’re lucky. And I really desire to study you.”
“Oh really? It seemed that you are the lucky one today.” Stein replied with a smirk.
“Hmph.” Mayuri opened a portal & went back to Soul Society.
