Alek~
I directed Aizis to the nearest bathroom(in the dorms) and afterward I showed her to the dorm room. We could hear Caleb and Izumi walking away, arguing again over where to go next.
"Hmmm, I guess Izu-chan and Caleb aren't geting along as well as we are." Aizis said.
"Nooo. What makes you say that? They're a perfect match!" I said sarcasticly.
"SHUT UUUUUUUUP!" Izumi's scream echoed down the hall. We flinched.
"Let's hurry up and get away from them." I laughed.
"Poor Izu-chan! Caleb seemed so nice earlier!"
"Well, we caught him in a good mood. Seems like he's having fun torturing a new recruite!"
"No way is he that mean!" Aizis said.
"Hes just glad for some new faces, like the rest of us. After a year or so with all the same people, we all kinda get on each other's nerves!" I assured her, not hinting at my friend's ass-ish tendencies. She'll figure that out for herself.
"Are you guys good friends?"
"You wouldn't think so, since our personalities are so differnt and stuff, but we've gotten along since he got here a year ago."
"Wow, you've been here over a year?"
"Yeah, I've been here all my life. Literally, I was born here."
"No way!" She looked shocked.
"Well, yeah. After the shadow angels escaped, my rents had to run for it so they came here."
"Wow! I really am lucky then! You must be like the best guide they have! Oh shit!" She gasped. We were in the dorm common room, and three guesses who was there too?
"Damn! Fudos really gettin arround today!" I ducked down behind the couch, pulling Aizis with me. Maybe he wont notice us...I wasn't too hopeful. That crazy geezer always knows when you're there.
He kinda just stood there, in the middle of the huge room looking up at the stained glass window. Suddenly Reina walked...well, uh, rolled up to him. "They've returned." She said in that eery clam voice of hers.
"12,000 years is a long time to wait..." Fudo said, shocking us with how sane he sounded.
"And so the events of 24,000 years unfold..," Reina replyed, her words sounding like an omen.
It was silent for awhile. "They've returned?" I asked in a hushed voice. "Whats that mean?"
"The reincarnations!" Aizis hissed. "Apollo and Sylv-" She stoped, lokking confused. "Uh I mean-"
I suddenly had a flash back. In my head I saw this girl with short blond haird wearing some kind of armor, then the image was replaced with one of a girl with longer blond hair, tied up in two loops in the back and wearing this pink outfit, and then it all faded, leaving me looking at Aizis.
"Apolonius and Celiane." I finnished for her, shacking the weird vision off.
Suddenly Fudo's up-side down head came down infront of us, the kanji for 'big' written on his forehead.
"AAH!" We scrambled away. Where'd he come from!?
"ONE NEEDS THEIR ARMS TO BE BIG!" He said too loudly. He got up from leaning over the back of the couch.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS SHIRT?" Aizis yelled.
Fudo was shirtless, and writen on his chest was the kanji for emtiness. What the?
"Well lets just go and- RUN!" I yelled. We booked it for the girl's wing.
"AQUARION!" He yelled, runing behind us. GOD DAMN IT!
The door to the girls wing opened and we ran in, it slamed shut behind us. A dull thud suggested that Fudo didn't quite stop in time.
"Thanks, Serena!" I said to the girl standing infront of the door.
"No problem." She laughed. "The Old Man sure keeps us on our toes," She said to Aizis, "I wonder if he knocked himself out this time?" She opened the door and looked on the floor. No Fudo. Just a pile of rose petals. "Damn. How does he do that? Crazy geezer..."
"Well, Aizis this is Serena, Serena, Aizis." I made the quick introduction.
"Hey roomie!" She said chearfuly. "Lemme show you where you sleep."
After the dorm tour it was time for dinner(thank god!), which wasn't too much of disaster. Well...Izumi did end up wearing her ramen...and she did toss most of Caleb's chicken nuggets out the window...and Fudo did make an appearence...in a man-mono...with tea...and we all did walk away with hot water burns...and my melon loaves did get reduced to tea soaked mush....very hot tea soaked mush that burned like hell when it hit you in the face after Caleb tried to toss it at Izumi, who was standing infront of me, who ducked...and Caleb did recite some very horrible poetry(fucking elephants)...
Well lets put it this way, we all walked away alive and unscared.(Except for me, who had the fucking beetle land on his face, whiched cause him to jump out of his seat, hitting the table, which spilled Izumi's ramen, who then "accidently" turned the blame on Caleb, which then caused the whole flying-nuggets, Fudo-attracting, deadly-tea-party-bread-soaking-scalding-food-fighting reaction. But I can't take all the blame. The terrible dreaded poetry was all on Caleb!)
All in all, not a bad night!

"WHAT DO I DO? WHAT DO I DO!?!?" I shreiked at the top of my lungs, accidently sending the simulator into another nose dive.
"STOP PANICING!" Caleb yelled behind me, taking the controlls and straitening us out. "The controlls are sensitive to your steering AND emotions, so find some fucking COMPOSURE!"
"Are you guys okay in there? Anyone dead yet?" Alek's voice came over the com, and his and Aizis's faces appeared on screen.
"Dude, nice arials!" Another guy's voice laughed. Serena and the guy, Keisuke, appeared on screen too.
"Maybe I could figure this out if you taught me what to do!" I yelled.
"Well, then work with me here! Stop being so goddamn stuborn!" He yelled back.
"Well, did he explain-" Alek began.
"Yeah, yeah. Control your emotions, feel the vector, control it with your mind and body. He's said it."
"Not that her heads too thick to get it or anything." Caleb remarked.
"Would you-" I whiped my head arround to glare behind me, pulling the controls to the side as i went. There was a resounding crash as my vector collided with Zeta, flying beside me. The simulaters shook like crazy.
"Hey, hey! Watch it you two!" Serena yelled.
"IT WASN"T ME! IT WAS ALL HER!" Caleb yelled.
"HEY." Alek interupted. "Commends coming through."
A girl from the command room came in over the coms. "Alright, lets go for a practice merge, Alpha you head-"
"AQUARION!" Fudos voice came in.
"Yes, Fudo, now please give me the mic-"
"HITO! HITO! TEAM WORK! THREE ARE STRO-" The transmition cut off.
We sat in silence for a moment. "Oooooooooooookay." Caleb said. "I guess we merge."
"Are you sure?" Aizis asked. "Should we make sure Fudos not likw raping her or something?"
"Just merge!" Serena said, sounding bored.
"Wait, should we? I know we're heading but wasn't she going to say something else?" Alek asked.
"I don't know, well maybe we should-" I started.
"To merge, or not to merge, that is our question!" Keisuke said lamely.
"SHUT UP!" five people responded.
In the end, we went for it. We all flew in position.
"Steady.." Caleb warned.
"I'm good, I'm fine!"
"Yeah you are." He said, sounding mildly shocked.
"Shut up you-"
"Sorry to interupt but are you gonna say it anytime soon?" Alek interupted.
"OH, shit! Yeah, right, uh, Merge 1!" I stumbled.
"Merge 2." Serena said.
"Cool! Oops, GO! Aquari-" Sudenly all three simulators shook and were thrown appart, tumbling and jostling all their piolits.
"AAAAAH!" Some one's earspliting shreik crackled across the coms.
"Damn. Fuck. Shit. Fuck!"
"Oh you stupid peice of shit!"
Eventually we were all under control. "Alright, who screwed up?" Keisuke asked.
"Probably Izumi." Caleb said.
"What!?" I turned arround in my seat, not noticing how the air arround me was crackling with static, and let go of the controls. Dumb mistake. That caused the sim to tumble out of control. I feel side ways, reaching out with a hand to steady myself...and touched the cool metal of the controls.
There was a huge crack, and blue electricity crackled arround the pod. In a flash, the light was gone, the sim was still and dark, and the small cockpit was filled with a smell like burned hair. Probably mine.
"Oooooooow." I moaned pulling myself up. Damn. I let myself get too pissed...
"Hell...Izumi! Are you ok?" Caleb reach out and touched my arm. With an audile snap, a blue spark jumped between his hand and my arm.
"Shit! Damn old machinery. Is Deava trying to kill us?"
Good. He didn't know that was my fault....
He kicked the shot sim's hatch open and immediatly we were ambushed by everyone.
"Are you guys okay?"
"What was that?"
"Damn! Izumi, I think you might have gotten a little singed!"
"How did that-"
An ear spliting alarm went off. "Whats that?" I yelled over it.
"Shadow angel attack!" Caleb said.
A voice come on the speakers. "All elements to their vectors. Vector Alpha, Alek.-"
"See you all later." he shot off toward a cicular opening in the wall.
"Vector Psi, Caleb.-" He ran after Alek with out a word.
"Vector Zeta, Aizis."
"WHAT!" She freaked.
"Go!" Serena yelled pushing her toward the opening.
"What? But i can't, i don't-"
"You were pefect in the sim, you'll be fine!" Keisuke assured.
"True. Fine, where-"
"Go throught there, theres this long tube, like a slide. It'll get you to Zeta." Serena said, still pushing.
She looked at me, regaining her confidence waaaaay too quickly. "Wish me luck!" She smiled, then broke down, "Crap. I might need it!"
"Good luck! you'll be fine! Channel your reincarnation!" I said.
"Who ever that is, i just hope they were-"
"GO!" We all said and pushed her into the tube.
