Does anyone prefer to use borders or not before starting to draw?

Well if yes or no give me your reasons in the comment section.

For me personally I prefer the borders cause it helps with my accuracy when drawing. An example is where if i am drawing a picture, where the size of the picture is rectangular, and the paper i am drawing on is more square-ish, I would make a rectangular border.
