Zuzu Uchiha just contacted me for some help with watermarking artwork. Its a great idea, seeing that art has been stolen around here and on DA or anywhere! If you watermark your artwork, it makes it more difficult for someone to steal and use elsewhere!!
I use these photo editing sites: Picmonkey and/or Ribbet! Either of them work very well... If you upload your artwork to edit, you'll see the option on both sites to add text or stickers. You can easily write your signature and paste it at whatever colour and size you need. You can even fade it. Then in the sticker section, you'll find the copyright symbol under 'Photo licences' on Ribbet and under 'Symbols' in picmonkey!

There are those who don't like watermarking their art and even go as far to say that it defaces their work and does more harm then good... But your watermark can also be small and hidden, at least it proves the work is your own! Its a good idea when posting on sharing sites like theO!
