I had just imported this model, and I tried to render it but, it came out all fucked up and puffy looking, seriously Wtf?

I was working on some facial textures for them, and the textures always look best on spheres, so I tested them they look pretty good, I just need to create the characters
I ripped the head model from Fairy Tail Portable guild for Psp, I just wish the models had more detail, it would look much better
I attempted to rip the game and failed, but I was able to get these 256 by 256 Icons from the character select menu
