Part 1 Memories
I met you 10 years ago, at the royal party that held every year in the royal kingdom.
"Belka, what a pleasure to meet you here!" greet his Majesty to my father.
My dad, Horatio Belka, is a adviser, and a very faithful friend to his Majesty. And, my father is also 5 years alder than his Majesty too.
That day, was a royal party that held to celebrate the birthday party of the king's princess who turned 4.
"Your majesty..."replied my father. "You've invited me and my son to come here."
"Come, take a seat." said his Majesty.
But then, the princess's quietness attracted me.
"That is Princess Lennaly, she is a very beautiful girl." said my father to his 6-year-old son.
"She had been quiet for a long time, nothing can makes her happy..." said his Majesty will a not-very-happy expression on his face. "Why don't you have a talk with her?"
I looked at my father.
"Can I, father?"I asked.
"Did I told you before, never disobey a king's order?"
I suddenly feel happy, I finally have a chance to talk to the princess.
"Princess."I greeted her. But she show me no expression.But I continued.
"Princess, did you want to see a toy that my dad make for me? It's called a 'dragonfly'." I said while taking out the dragonfly out of my pocket. Although the toy is just made of a few piece of stick, but I can balances with a tip at the end of it on my finger. I demonstrate the 'dragonfly'for the princess to see.
"Can I borrow it?" to my surprise, the princess says something.
"Of course, princess."
"My name is Lennaly, please don't address me as princess, this just makes me uncomfortable." for some reason I'm not really sure, I just stared at her. "What's your name?"
"My name is Jesse Belka."
Then, I heard some chit-chats from the ladies.
"Amazing, the princess talk."
"She din't talk for a few days.."
So, from that day onwards, I'm her playmate, I visit her once a week. Eventually I became her best friend.
As we grow, I realized that, I'm not her best friend anymore, I'm in love with her.
And, she have the same feelings towards me too.
"Love, is in the air..."
10 years later...
When I'm on my way to carry out my duty as a forest guard, I hear some chatting from the other forest guards.
"Did you know that the princess is going to be married to the prince of the Flower Kingdom."
"How did you know that?"
"I heard it from the princess's servants....."
'So that's true....'I thought in my mind.
A few days ago, I received a letter that says...
"I know you are in love with the princess, keep off of her if you wanted to be alive."
'So it's the prince of the Flower Kingdom who sent those letters.'
A few days later, there is a meeting of all the forest guards, the Head Leader among forest guards announce something that make me surprise.
"As you know, the king had sent his princess, that is princess Lennaly to the Tall Tower located in the middle of the forest, due to her disobey to be married to the Flower Kingdom. So ,the king want's us to guard the forest strictly, so that no one could get in the tower to save the princess."
At that night, I cannot sleep, I must save her, but my body don;t let me do that, what should I do?
I think while watching the tower, tall and beyond the clouds.
