Part 2 Beyond the Tall tower
I grab my sword and run towards the tall tower located in the middle of the forest.
I thought of the princess… Her smile, her jokes… Although it is rather boring, but it always make me laugh… The truth is, I loved her.
We are child hood friends, we meet almost everyday before the princess turned 14. But, I’m forbidden to visit the princess after her 14-year-old birthday. His majesty wants the princess to marry the prince of the Flower Kingdom. The most wealthy Kingdom in the world.
But I know the princess doesn’t want to marry a person she didn’t even met before. I’m very sure that she feels the same like I do.
Finally, after a long run, I finally came to the legendary White Tower. I’m a forest guard, as a result, I have a key to enter the tower.
There is still a long way to the top cell of the tower, but from what I heard from the other forest guards, the princess will be take to the Flower Kingdom by sunrise the next morning. But there is still a few hours to the sunrise, that’s means, I maybe do not have enough of time to save the princess. But I’ve already come so far, there is no way I’m turning back.
At last, I reach the top cell of the tower. By that time I feel nervous yet happy and excited. I finally can see the princess.
But to my big surprise, the one sitting in the cell isn’t the princess, it His Majesty, the King.
