Interview Aftermath

Just got back from the interview, and I reckon I did pretty well. They asked me the standard questions about how I'd react in certain situations to problems and so on. Weirdly enough those 3-4 years of retail experience came in quite handy and they took that experience quite seriously. Who would of thought that a post graduate position in a professional lab would touch on that?

I get the feeling I may have impressed them (or at least done well?). I was worried at first that I would be asked a bunch of technical questions (which I'm admittedly quite rusty at) and then I was told to be at ease because they would train me from the ground up...which has me thinking about all of the sweet gear they have in the lab..

Mate, I'm excited. It's a full time position on a rotating shift (nights and days) and it's an essential service, which is what I want to be doing with myself. It's not a research position, but I'm okay with that.

Of course I haven't got the job yet; I'll find out in the next couple of days, but I think I'm a shoe in :3
