Makita's POV:

I heard a scream, i finished running down the stairs. when i turned the corner, i saw Soji on the floor. her neck pulsing in pain. i saw this shadow skrit across the room, ignoring it, i ran to soji's side. I dared not lift her head "....wake up..."
there was no response.
"come on Soji! not now!"
I heard a small chuckle fill the room. "beautiful, isn't she?" it remarked with a scoff "even in pain she's still a cutie"
I tried to whirl around, but the kimono's strands of ribbons and layers of heavy cloth kept me from moving out of the way.
