So, I tend to source shoes for the business on Ebay. I happened upon a pair of really nice teal slingbacks which would have made an amazing addition to the online store.
One glitchy browers later I noticed that it now says 'collection only'. I rage inwardly and contact the seller directly to mention this error.
I then state how annoyed I was over my darn browser when they replied:
YES! Very yes. Of course I would. I also mentioned that I was in the shoe business and that I was aware that postage prices were fairly reasonable.
...
That was back in November.
I won the item on the 16th of November and I had no reply from the seller regarding postage costs. So, I sent a message asking what was what. Nothing. I waited a little longer and sent them a message asking what was going on again to cover my back in case I needed to open a case. Still nothing.
Enough was enough. I opened a case today, stated what was said and agreed upon and that was that.
I logged in the same day to find this reply:
I found it a little odd that as soon as a case was opened they replied quickly. This was back in December. I have heard nothing back from them. It is now the 11th of January 2013, almost 2 months after the purchase date.
