No pics for this, since the peanut sauce looks gross on camera. It did turn out pretty well, though! ^^;
My reccs for ingredients are (for about 2 servings):
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy peanut butter if you want nuts in it)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (you can also use dry coconut powder and boil it in water)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce & just a few drops of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- about a tablespoon of lime juice
- if you want it spicy, add crushed red pepper
Goes well with spring rolls and satays. :)
I have some Japanese noodles sitting around in my fridge, so I *might* try to make yakisoba tomorrow. Or maybe pad thai...?
EDIT: Also, I bought vanilla extract today and found out that a tiny bottle costs $10! What the hell!!
