Adventures in Cooking: Attempt #4

In the first pic, that's the leftover peanut sauce from yesterday. As I said, it looks gross on camera, but it's pretty decent tasting. ^^;;

Just used tuna & mayonnaise for filling for the riceballs. The latter pic is egg drop soup. Ingredients used for 2 bowls:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • about 2 cups soup base (I used vegetarian bouillon)

Beat the egg before pouring it into the soup base. I recc turning the fire off right before pouring the egg in, and pouring the egg in slowly while stirring the soup.
