Okay. So I've had to drop by my local post office about three times the past week, since my mom decided to go on an Amazon spree, and our mailman apparently only ever delivers "we missed you!" slips and not the packages themselves. -_-;;
{insert here various anecdotes about long lines, arguments btwn. post office workers and customers, etc. etc.}
So anyway, one of these packages seems to have gotten lost somewhere, since Amazon.com says it's been delivered and yet the post office never gave it to us. So I called them and one of the supervisors said they found it and it was now ready for pickup. So I dropped by, and lo & behold, they can't find the damn thing. And they said that without the name of the person I was talking to on the phone, they wouldn't be able to find it.
This was last Wednesday, and every day since then I've been calling them trying to find the thing with no luck. So this morning I called them up again and the convo went like:
Supervisor: The package is here and ready for you to pick up.
Me: Oh, okay! Could I get your name please?
Supervisor: *dodges question* The package was put out in the front window the day before yesterday, but you didn't come to pick it up, so it was put back on the shelves. Just come to the front window today and the package will be there for you to pick up.
Me: Okay, but... please, can I get your name?
Supervisor: *tells me name* But why is that important?
Me: .....Because I tried to pick up the package before and they couldn't find it. Not to mention I've been calling EVERY FREAKING DAY
And then she just basically repeated what she said about the package being put out before and how we didn't pick it up that day (on Thursday, which was the day AFTER I first inquired about the package wtffffffffffff) and blah blah blah. And my mother has really not been helping since she's all, "Remember to call the post office tomorrow! :D :D :D" every fours hours and I'm all, "YOU'RE NOT THE ONE WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THEM RAWR *eats her*"
So my question is, WHY HAVEN'T THEY BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE PACKAGE WHEN I CALLED THE PAST COUPLE DAYS? WILL IT EVEN BE THERE WHEN I PICK IT UP AFTER POSTING THIS? WHAT IS GOING ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.
MY POST OFFICE MAKES JAEJOONG SO CONFUSE.
