I just found this and I can't contain myself!
So yearsss ago when the first live-action NANA movie was released in Japan, Hyde of L'Arc~en~ciel composed a song for it called GLAMOROUS SKY. And last week, JYJ had a series of concerts in Tokyo for the first time in three years and one of Jaejoong's solo songs was GLAMOROUS SKY! Which is only sweetened by the fact that Hyde himself (and Gackt and a million other Japanese celebrities) were in attendance! All my Asian music fandoms are literally converging into one! *dies*
I've always liked this song, but I just LOVE Jaejoong's cover! And it's such a pleasant surprise, especially considering that Jaejoong is a Korean singer with an R&B background and this is a J-Rock song. And it's also AMAZING to finally hear JYJ perform in Japanese again for the first time in literally years.
Also, I just realized that I've been a fan of DBSK/JYJ for six years now. Like, WHAT. Where did all that time go?? I don't talk about them nearly as often, but I still have a lot of feels for DBSK ok. ;_;
