As the title implies, I created this just for fun. ^_^ I mainly intend to use this as a means to jot down whatever comes to mind, and (provided that I feel like it) put down some stuff on history. I'll try not to be too judgemental about topics that tend to be extremely sensitive like politics. (No, no, scratch that--especially politics.)
As a side note, I'm also going to start using this as a means to announce when I have updated my story Tides of Fate or anything else related to it.
For those wondering what I look like, here's a picture!
(Surprised that I'm still not showing my real face? Too bad! >D *evil laughter*)
Thank you for your time, and have a wonderful day!
I know it's been a while......too bad I don't quite know what to say......wait! I got it: there's been this song stuck in my head for a while that's pretty funny (but gross ^_^;). It doesn't have the best quality, but here's the music video anyway:
Caution: do not, repeat, DO NOT set the volume to maximun level unless you're either by yourself or no one around you cares. (It's also advised not to sing this out loud to yourself. This however may prove to be difficult because it has such a catchy tune...)
Wow! A lot has happened these past two weeks for me:
1) I got my first iPod this past Christmas (and have been having ISSUES with the Apple system of organizing music sense TT_TT )
2) I've been brushing up on some Spanish that I COMPLETELY forgot and have been doing rather well with it
3) I've been in the midsts of learning Japanese and can even write my real name in hirigana (which I am extreamely proud of X3 )
4) For the first time in x amount of years I've been rewatching Yu Yu Hakusho (one of the greatest animes EVER to air on TV *squeels*) on DVD
5) I've got to visit with a minimum of 10 relatives that I hardly get a chance to see (mostly those who live 1100+ miles away)
6) Speaking of relatives, I got to see my cousin Hunter (who was born I believe this past October) for the first time X3
7) I got to celebrate a holiday in another state for the first time in almost 10 years
8) On the way up to said state (which would be Kentucky, by the way) rode through a 400 mile-long thunderstorm for a good eight hours or so (on the bright side; I got to see rain for the first time in months and real, honest-to-God lightning bolts in...I don't even KNOW when...)
9) AND rediscovered why Dorathy wasn't off her rocker when she said "there's no place like home"
(Mind you, that's just the tip of the iceberg)
On another note, I also discovered that one of my aunts just happens to have a FaceBook and has posted a few pictures of me up there. Because I love her I won't be rude and yell out for her to take them off, but I still can't help but think that she should've ASKED before posting my picture on the internet! =_=;...oh well, I'll just take this as a sign of the times and move on...
Anyway, Happy New Year everybody! See y'all real soon!
I've got two more e-cards done and such, but I'm currently at a relative's house so sending them in will have to come a little later tonight. Otherwise don't expect much more from me until after the new year.
I can't believe we're already THIS close to Christmas and entering 2009! Man, time flies fast when you're not bothering to look at the clock!
Tides of Fate
Okay, this time FOR SURE the beginning of the first chapter is finally in actual development! (I'm currently on my third revision of it.) That's all I have to report!
I just took a really good look at the last one I submitted and found grammer issuses. =_=;... (Word of advice for all of you wanting to make an e-card out there: don't compose one that long when you're feeling half-dead.)
But oh well. I'm not going to change it. In fact, I'm going to add this video for smiles and laughs and call it a day. Later! XD
(and yes--that is about all Yusuke does in this video. TTwTT)
