Remember the Name

This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will
Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name!

What do you do when you feel like life has no purpose anymore? Like you've lost everything you've worked so hard for...when everything good in your life is nothing more than a bittersweet memory?
Is a purpose changeable? Is it possible for one thing to happen--one person to come into your life, and mess up your entire purpose? Do we really consider ourselves happy when a disgusting streak of misery lines our smiles?

I'm angry, tired, stressed out, really annoyed at someone, and scared out of my mind. No person should ever cry because of a 'happy' memory of someone. It's not right.

I'm going freaking crazy with my writer's/artist's block. I sit down at my desk with an idea to draw...and it disappears into thin air. RIDICULOUS. Dx
But then I came up with something (slowly) that's forcing me out of both of my writer's and artist's block, which rocks. I'm thinking of doing a manga on the O that randomly came to mind yesterday. If it ever gets to that stage, it'll be called 'Threadbare'.
My idea: (though probably no one cares, but hey, this is MY world~)
Okay, the world is in ruins. Big whoop. These weird creature things that humans experimented with by trying to give themselves telekinesis (ESP, right?) have gone super crazy and killed about the entire world.
But that's not the end of it; there are these people who have telekinesis (by birth or by training) that possess these man-made creatures called Snipes and they fight the run-away 'bots.
There are three different types of Snipes, but that's not important right now.
The idea of the story is about a Snipe Master (telekinetic person who controls a Snipe) named Glass, who comes into this really country port town called Rubai, looking for a mechanic to fix her (yes, Glass is a girl) Snipe. She meets this air-headed, headstrong, clumsy boy (wow, that was such a mean description, lol) named Anroy, who begs her to let him work on her Snipe. She eventually gives in, but realizes after a while how annoying he can be, specifically about a topic about her. *coughhervisorcough*
However, Glass failed to tell Anroy that a gang of Snipe Masters are trying to find and kill her--she's on a race back to a well-known Snipe Master headquarters a long way away.

So, whaddya think? xP
