With Wingedshadowwolf doing a cover for the next chapter for Ocarina of Tim, we wondered if anyone else would like to contribute any fan art. This is totally optional, but so many of you have expressed how much you are enjoying the story, so we thought we'd give a bit back to our followers. Here's the deal:
If anyone wants to draw fan art from Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Tim, feel free. Dedicate it to H2YK so we know you drew something. When we are finished with the manga (and we do intend to go through the whole game) we will collect all the fan art and publish it in a nice 8 1/2 x 11 volume, and give each artist full credit (we will use your Otaku name unless you state otherwise in a private message). Then, we will mail a free copy of the volume to each artist who contributed.
You may draw as many as you like.
Here's the thing: in order to mail it out, we will need to get each artist's address. However, we are also concerned and want to protect the privacy of each artist that contributes. For this reason, if you are under the age of 18, please have your parents contact us with an address. Your parents can email us at [email protected]. If you do not want to give out your personal information, that is fine, no harm done, but we will not be able to send you a copy. Please DO NOT leave ANY personal information on your picture or in the comments. Please either PM us on the O, or send us an email with your information.
Or, if you want to do artwork but don't want it to be included, that would be most cool, too.
Here are the rules (these rules are for us)
H2YK will NEVER reveal your real name or address to ANYONE, for any reason. Not even if we are offered a million dollars.
H2YK will NEVER abuse any information you give us. We will not email you, spam you, or send you exciting offers via the mail...the only thing you will ever get from us is a free copy of the collected artwork book.
You will not be charged a dime for this art book. We won't be selling the art book, either..this will be just our way of saying "thank you" to those who have enjoyed reading us.
You will retain all rights to your work.
Questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
(we wanted to do something nice for everyone, but we don't want to sound like creepers...if you are concerned, or want to make sure we aren't weirdos, please feel free to have your parents contact us). Remember, if you are uncomfortable giving out your personal information, then don't do it. Internet safty is something everyone should be concerned with, since there are a lot of weirdos out there.
