The angel fell asleep in my arms as I was running for my life. It was amusing. When I had picked him up to carry him to my hideout, he looked at me as if he couldn't believe his eyes. Now he was as carefree as a butterfly on a spring day. Three more miles and I would be there. I had to hurry.

I could hear the rustling of feathers behind me. I sped up, taking a sharp turn to my right so I could lose the gathering angels behind me. I felt something sharp cut my right eye. I let out a cry of pain as I fell to the ground, dropping the angel in the process. I quickly got to my feet, holding my eye in the process. I heard a groan behind me and turned to look. The angel had woken up. " Well good morning sleepyhead." I said with a hint of irritation.

The angel took one look at my face and started whimpering like a lost puppy. " You're eye," he said with a face full of tears. " It looks really scary." He looked at me with sympathy and I felt that I had to console him. "I-It's all right. We'll be at my hideout soon, so I can fix my eye." Then angel then abrubtly got up and started walking in the direction we where going. " Lets hurry. I think you're eye might have a scar." I quickly followed behind, astonished.

Angels Dance

I was out on a mission involving a Demon Of Death. It was so exciting to finally get to go on a mission, even though I didn't think it would end up like this. My brother was merciless. He had beaten the demon down and was about to strike him dead, when he looked at me. The son of death had looked at me, as if pleading for help. I couldn't just stand there while Raphael killed him.

I may be an angel of darkness but, I wouldn't even hurt a fly. Ten seconds until the final blow...... Five, four, three, two, one. I ran just as the sword was about to kill, I stepped between them, sword in my palm, ready for battle. "So Raphael, do you want to face my blade?" I asked. "What in gods name do you think your doing Britano?" he asked. "Have you not learned your lesson?" Instead of replying I turned to the demon.

"Run as fast as you can, Do not stop for even a second!" He looked at me as if I was crazy. "Why are you trying to help me, a demon?" He asked. "Because......?!" I looked down just in time to see Raphael's blade sticking out of my chest. I fell to my knees in astonishment. The demon looked at me in horror, as if trying to comprehend what had just happened. Then he looked at the others in rage. Was he trying to protect me? He picked me up in his arms and ran, with more strength than I had ever seen. He ran as if he had a purpose. Then it all went black.

Angels Dance

Chapter one

I was falling......falling into the darkness and I couldn't stop. I was slowly slipping away from consiousness. It was getting harder and harder to catch my breath as I ran through forest around me. The wounds the angels had given me weren't healing fast, like I wanted them to. My legs were slowly growing numb as I made my way to a clearing in the woods.

"Finally, a break." I said as I fell to knees. After a week of running from angels It was nice to sit down. But I had to keep going. If the angel's caught me, I would be a dead demon. I turned around, taking in the sight before me, when I noticed a feather floating in the air. I caught the object in my hand and realized-I wasn't alone. The angels had come, and they weren't happy.

They started to surround me in a big circle. An angel with golden wings stepped forward and with a flick of his wrist parchment appeared in his hands and on it appeared to be the words," Diedrich Maxwell, Son of the demon of Death, I here by sentence you to death by an angels blade." Thats it , I've had enough. My orange eyes turned red. Black wings sprouted from my back and skeletons climbed out of the ground at my feet and a black dagger appeared in my hands. I had a wicked smile. It was time to dance.
