“Come on idiot!” I shouted back to my elder twin. “Your so slow!”
“Shut up” he replied “I’d move faster if you took your bags”
I turned back to him and pouted. “That’s your own fault. You lost the bet!” I giggled, turning on my heel and skipping away, leaving him with my bags.
I walked all the way to the dorms; I had already gotten my dorm number. Room 53, on the fifth floor. My brother’s room is directly across the “street”, same floor, same number. I guess it’s a twin thing. I was disappointed. I didn’t see Natsuki anywhere, but I had a feeling I would soon. I waited there for Maora. I needed my bags!

So the idiot skipped away leaving me with both of our bags to carry. Fun.
“Might as well make her wait for me” I muttered veering off to the side and onto another path that takes me away from the dorms.
I walked for a bit, seeing the students, new and old, flirting with the new girls and just taking my time. I was about to turn around when I saw a familiar face. I left the girl I was talking to and went over.
“Natsuki!” I called when I was close enough, putting on my cool, indifferent face. She turn towards me and smiled a small smile.
“Mao-chan” She answered, nodding her head. “I haven’t seen Haine around, and judging by the amount of bags you carry, I’m guessing she ditched you.” Who knew monotone could be so cute?
“She did” I smirked. “How was your summer?” I asked
“It was alright. Traveled around a lot. How was yours?”
“Almost the same, just with an annoying idiot” I shook my head.
“That’s good.” She nodded. “Well, I must be going now. I’m trying to find some students.” she bowed and walked off
I watched after her for a bit before remembering Haine and running to the girls dorm. I found her infront with a mad face.
“There you are! Where were you?” She glared.
“trying to find a way to get rid of you” I retorted before ruffling her hair. “Come on baby sis. Lets go get you settled.”
We walked up the first flight of stairs before seeing another girl. I couldn’t remember if I knew her. But there was something off about her. But before I could tell Haine to stay away she was already down the hall and tackling the other girl to the floor.
“I’m Haine Sakuraki! Nice to meet you!” I sighed and ran over to them pulling haine off the girl and behind me.
“You’re a human” I glared. Not many humans got in this school. I wasn’t really used to them, nor did I know anything about them other than the war between them and us over 100 years ago.
“Whats it to you?” She replied standing up.
“How did you get in?”
“I’ve been here before”
“Mao-chan stop that! Be nice!” Haine sounded from behind me. I threw my arm out silencing her.
“yes Maora. Stop tht. Be nice” came another voice. I turned my head to see Natsumi. How did she get here? She went in the other direction. Oh. Right. Stupid Vampire speed. “She’s a student here. And while she is she is under the schools protection. She is also under mine, since she is to be one of this years guardians.” She said staring at me. I couldn’t help but look straight in her eyes. Bad idea. I quickly looked away, my head down, and my hair covering my face. I heard her walking over to the other girl.
“You must be Kira Oshiro. I’m Natsumi Chou. It’s nice to meet you, although if I have my facts right this is not your first time here.” I heard her say. “If you have any questions feel free to as-“ I heard her falter and looked up just in time to see her pitch backwards. I held out my arms to catch her. I noticed Kira’s surprised face.
“She’s anemic. And faints a lot, along with plenty of dizzy spells. It happens because she doesn’t drink real blood” Haine offered, her bubbliness toned down as she brushed Natsumi’s hair out of her face. “She should wake up in a bit” I moved natsumi so that I was carrying her bridal style and started walking towards the stairs.
“Since you’re a quardian as well, and under Natsumi’s protection, I have no problem with you.” I said to kira over my shoulder.
“Don’t worry. He has trust issues” Haine laughed. “Our uncle dropped him when he was younger” She continued, unaware that that made no sense. I shook my head and continued walking.

Sorry every one! I’ve been uber busy! I have a note from Aya-chi! She says sorry for not really being on, for those of you who noticed. Our school is preparing for game day so she has a lot of training to do! She’ll be on soon. Hopefully today after school. I’ve been adding the new people in for her by the way ^_^
