I woke up with Sunkit's paw on my face. "Come on, let's go outside the den and meet the other kits! I'm bored!" he yowled.

The first kits we met were Goldkit and Riverkit. They looked exactly the same, and they were sisters. The only way I can tell them apart is Goldkit has a small black spot on her forehead, while Riverkit does not. They both have shiny golden-brown fur, and green-brown eyes.

Goldkit, Riverkit, Sunkit, and I walked around the camp until we met Butterflykit and Waspkit. Butterflykit has a dark brown pelt with black spots and green eyes, and Waspkit had a grey pelt with black spots. Her face was orange and white, and she had white paws and orange eyes.

Waspkit had been ill ever since she was born, and had to spend the rest of the day with the medicine cat. We would still visit her every so often, but we felt bad for her because she couldn't speak very well.
