"I'm starving," Riverpaw whined. "Let's go and get some fish at the lake." We got close to the lake and saw another cat. He was a black cat, with white stripes and green eyes.

"Who are you?" I asked. "I am Leaf Moon. I have lived here ever since I was a young kit. My mother, River Night, abandoned me when I was a moon old. I am from an old clan that has lived here for many millions of moons. Its name, WaterClan." the cat said.
