Gaijin MAX...?

A top economic panel has recently suggested that the country allows more foreign-born skilled workers into Japan. This means that the resident status for gaijin in Japan would rise from 158,000 in 2006 to 300,000 in 2015. The change is aimed at keeping Japan's economy (2nd largest in the world) afloat despite the aging population.

If you had a certain skill that was in demand over in Japan, would you go? What barriers would be keeping you from going?
