This is a strange one, indeed.
I don't know if the video will work, but it's all in Japanese anyways. *shrugs* Anyways, a middle-aged man in Okayama Prefecture was arrested recently for stealing over 1,666 pieces of women's undergarments (of course in multiple thefts). Apparently, he liked to smell it. This deserves a big "WTF, mate", for sure.
