Bandai announced at their New York Comic Con panel Friday that they have attained the rights to Gainax's Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, rights originally attained by ADV Films. Gurren Lagaan had been among the list of multiple anime titles dropped from the online catalogue in January and never reposted in February when some of the other axed titles returned.
In case you don't know, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is some crazy stuff. People living underground, crazy robots and a sniper-chick in a bikini. *nodnod*
