Okay, so an old friend of mine reminded me that this place exists, lol. I noticed that the last post was from my freshman year of college and that seems so long ago. In the meantime I dropped 3D animation completely and am just a regular digital illustration major. Some day I will get around to finishing the oil paintings from my illustration and painting classes last year. Nowadays my school work is exclusively digital, although last semester's Illustration Life Drawing III class was seriously the bomb =) After freshman year I moved into a new apartment with 3 new room mates and we got along so famously that we all renewed our leases. It's a little bittersweet, but we're going our separate ways after this year's lease expires. One is already "moved out" (she still pays rent because she's still under the lease agreement) to live with her boyfriend, the other two just want their own place and I'm planning on moving in with my boyfriend of 1 1/2 years when he transfers to Kendall to complete his 2D animation degree.

I think that maybe adding a new post to this is a tad pointless since I'll probably forget about it again soon enough. I'm in the upper level classes now so all I do is think about food, school and home (which I make up for with hours on facebook). I've also just never been good at keeping journals, even for a grade XP It's actually more for myself anyway. So that another two years from now I can remember this place again and briefly see what I was up to when I was still in college.

Dear future me: I hope you found a good job that it is not at an ad agency because I'm pretty sure I will still think advertising is boring and lame. At this point I am still afraid to graduate.
